Applies to all saunas, cold tubs, and hot tubs.

Our saunas, hot tubs, and cold tubs are custom-crafted and involve specialized international freight logistics. For these reasons, we do not accept standard returns for made-to-order or large freight items. Instead of processing returns, we focus on uncompromising quality and long-term reliability. All of these products are backed by our 24-Month Guaranteed Warranty. Should any logistical damage or manufacturing defect occur, our dedicated support team will promptly organize professional repairs or provide necessary replacement parts to ensure your product functions flawlessly.

  • Hygiene & Safety: To maintain strict safety and hygiene standards, any product that has been assembled, installed, or used (e.g., tubs filled with water) cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your experience is our priority. If any NordFeel product—regardless of category—arrives damaged or defective, we will resolve the issue swiftly and professionally.

Built on a foundation of long-standing woodworking experience, each unit is a testament to pure, authentic craftsmanship. We utilize only high-quality, sustainably sourced materials engineered to withstand the harshest Nordic conditions and deliver a genuine premium experience.

Delivery times vary depending on the product category, as our premium large products and other custom-built items require dedicated manufacturing time.

Premium Saunas, Cold Tubs, and Hot Tubs 

To ensure the highest standard of quality, each of our major products is custom-crafted and meticulously prepared for your order. Depending on current order volumes, production typically requires 6 to 10 weeks. Once your item passes our final quality inspection, it is securely dispatched via premium freight. We will provide you with a detailed delivery timeline as soon as your order moves to the shipping phase.

We also offer 2-3 part billing, 20% of the total price must be paid upfront to secure your order to factory.
