At NordFeel, we believe in a seamless and transparent purchasing experience. For all orders within the European Union, VAT and premium freight shipping are fully included in the displayed price. There are no hidden fees or surprise shipping calculations at checkout.

For non-EU countries, local taxes, import duties, and specific freight costs may apply. Please contact our support for a custom quote.

 

Delivery Timelines

To ensure the highest standard of quality, each of our major units (Saunas, Cold Tubs, Hot Tubs) is custom-crafted and meticulously prepared for European conditions. Manufacturing and logistics for these premium large products typically require 6-12 weeks.

Once your item passes our final quality inspection and leaves our European facility, you will be provided with a detailed delivery timeline.
