What NordFeel Provides

• Arrange professional freight transportation to the delivery address
• Coordinate unloading of the product using appropriate equipment such as a heavy forklift, crane, or other lifting solution when required and included in the agreed delivery arrangement
• Keep you informed throughout the production and delivery process
• Provide support and guidance regarding delivery requirements whenever possible

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation site is suitable and compliant with all local requirements.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Verifying any local building permits, planning permissions, homeowner association approvals, or other regulatory requirements
• Ensuring the property can legally accommodate the product being purchased
• Preparing a suitable foundation or base for the product, where required
• Arranging any necessary electrical, water, drainage, or other utility connections
• Confirming that sufficient access exists for delivery vehicles and unloading equipment
• Informing NordFeel of any site-specific restrictions that may affect transportation or unloading

Site Access Requirements

Before ordering, customers should carefully evaluate access to the final installation location.

Please consider:

• Width and height restrictions along access routes
• Gates, fences, walls, trees, overhead cables, or other obstacles
• Ground conditions and load-bearing capacity for delivery vehicles or lifting equipment
• Distance between the unloading point and final installation location
• Whether crane services or specialized lifting equipment may be required

Delivery and Unloading

Delivery arrangements may vary depending on product size, weight, destination, and site conditions.

While NordFeel organizes transportation and agreed unloading services, unexpected site limitations may require additional equipment, alternative unloading methods, or additional costs. These situations are evaluated individually.

Customers are solely responsible for verifying all applicable local requirements before purchase and installation.
