Our primary collections are custom-crafted, built-to-order, and involve specialized international freight logistics. For these reasons, we do not accept standard returns for change of mind on made-to-order or heavy freight items.

Damaged or Defective Items Upon Delivery
Your experience is our priority. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Should any logistical damage occur in transit, or if an item arrives defective, you must document it with clear photographs and contact our support team at contact@nordfeel.com within 48 hours of delivery.
